Application Tools :

Thinning:
For brush or roller application, use as is. if necessary, dilute with not more than 5% DAVIES® KM-72 Keramikote™ Reducer per 4L DAVIES® Keramikote™

For spray application, dilute with not more than 15% DAVIES® KM-72 Keramikote™ Reducer per 4L DAVIES®

Mix Ratio:
For DAVIES® Keramikote™ KM-1000 mix 3.40 volume parts of DAVIES® Keramikote™ Gloss Base to 0.60 volume parts of DAVIES® Keramikote™ Gloss Hardener.

For DAVIES® Keramikote™ KM-2000 mix 3.50 volume parts of DAVIES® Keramikote™ Semi-Gloss Base to 0.50 volume parts of DAVIES® Keramikote™ Semi-Gloss Hardener.

Pot Life: 8-10 hours

Surface Preparation:

All surfaces must be clean, dry, free from dust, dirt, chalk, laitance, efflorescence, rust, grease, oil, and other foreign materials.

Painting System

A. Concrete
Primer/Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of DAVIES® KM-90-25 Keramikote™ Penetrating Sealer
Putty: As needed, apply DAVIES® EPP-100 Epopatch™ on surface imperfections
Primer/Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of DAVIES® KM-90-25 Keramikote™ Penetrating Sealer on puttied areas
Topcoat: Apply two (2) coats of DAVIES DAVIES®Keramikote™ topcoat

B.Wood Finishes
Primer/Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of DAVIES® KM-7000 Keramikote™Undercoat Primer
Topcoat: Apply two (2) coats of DAVIES DAVIES®Keramikote™ topcoat

C. Metal Surfaces
Primer/Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of DAVIES® Epoxy Primer
Topcoat: Apply two (2) coats of DAVIES DAVIES®Keramikote™ topcoat

Recoating Interval: 1-2 hours

Drying Time: 2 hours

Clean-Up: DAVIES® Keramikote™ Reducer

STORAGE AND HANDLING

• Keep container closed when not in use.
• Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated space.
• Do not transfer contents to other containers for storage.
• In case of spillage absorb with inert materials such as sand.
