Davies Epopatch
Epoxy Based Floor Putty
DAVIES® Epopatch™ is a two-component epoxy putty which covers hairline cracks and seals holes in concrete floors and walls. Once applied, it turns into a hard, tough, permanent seal that will not shrink after hardening.

Application Tools:
Putty Knife
Thinning:
Use as is. Do not add thinner or reducer.
Mixing Ratio:
1 volume part DAVIES® Epopatch™ Base
1 volume part DAVIES® Epopatch™ Hardener
Surface Preparation:
• New concrete must be thoroughly cured for 28 days before painting, having a moisture content of less than 15%.
• Remove concrete laitance and other impurities.
• Thoroughly clean the surface and ensure that it is dry, free from oil, grease, loose materials, and other possible contaminants.
Pot Life: 1 hour
Recoating Interval: 4-6 hours
Drying Time to Topcoat: 16-21 hours
Clean-Up: DAVIES® 95 Epoxy Reducer
STORAGE AND HANDLING
• Keep container closed when not in use.
• Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated space.
• Do not transfer contents to other containers for storage.
• In case of spillage absorb with inert materials such as sand.
